Acrylic + Silicone
Rigid acrylic meets soft, flexible silicone. Sealing gaskets, non-slip bases, soft-touch edges. Baby-safe and medical-grade applications.
Acrylic + LED Lighting

Material Options
Cast Acrylic (Premium)
Superior optical clarity. Better for laser cutting, engraving, and thermal forming. Recommended for display products and awards.
Thickness range: 1mm – 50mm
Extruded Acrylic (Economy)
Good clarity at a lower cost. Consistent thickness. Ideal for large-volume standardized products.
Thickness range: 0.8mm – 25mm
Specialty Options
Colored acrylic (any color). Frosted / matte finish. UV-resistant (outdoor grade). Anti-glare coating. Mirror-finish. Fluorescent / glow.

What's your MOQ?
100 units for custom orders. For OEM/white-label projects, also 100 units.
Do you charge for samples?
Sample fees depend on complexity. However, sample fees are fully deducted from your production order.
What's your typical lead time?
Prototypes: 7–10 days. Production: 15–30 days depending on quantity and complexity.
Can you do private label / white label?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM with your branding. Packaging design, logo placement, hang tags — we handle it all.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
AI, PDF, CAD (DWG/DXF), 3D files (STEP/IGES), or a clear sketch with dimensions.
How do you ensure quality on large orders?
Four-stage QC: incoming material check, in-process spot checks, 100% final inspection, and pre-shipment random audit.
